Please make sure the email address you use to login to Premiere is the same as your donor information. If after updating this it still doesn’t work, please contact us, and someone will assist you.

Aren’t some of your videos public domain?

Yes, some of the videos we offer are public domain, but we still have to pay for the cost of bandwidth and hosting for streaming.

Do you have a Roku, Amazon Fire, or Apple TV app?

These are under development. At present the best way is to browse Movieguide® Premiere on your phone and AirPlay to your AppleTV.
